PRODUCT LEAD TIMES:
- order up to 5 items, ready to ship in 1 working day
- orders up to 20 items, ready to ship in 2 working days
- orders up to 50 items, ready to ship in 3 working days
- orders over 50 items, ready to ship in 5 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and start at just £1.50 for smaller items.
Typical shipping costs are just £3.95 for most items, from shirts to bags and from mugs to aprons and hats.
UK SHIPPING: Please note that we offer shipping options via Royal Mail or DPD. The shipping options available are:
- Royal Mail 48: This service aims to deliver your order within 2 to 3 days (this is a non guaranteed shipping service)
- Royal Mail 24: This service aims to deliver your order within 1 day (this is a non guaranteed shipping service)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: This service aims to deliver your order within 1 day, although this is a non guaranteed shipping service it has a far better chance of arriving on time than Royal Mail 24
- DPD: This is a guaranteed next working day shipping service. Please note working days are from Monday to Friday
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Most international shipments have a 3 to 7 day delivery estimate and can run to several weeks if shipping to Australia for example. International shipments are not as predictable as domestic shipments and sometimes they are subject to delays, for example customs clearance.
Import duties and any other applicable fees and charges incurred by your country's customs and excise are payable by the customer.
